FAQs
My system furniture is only a few years old and already showing obvious signs of deterioration. Do I need to buy new furniture?

We can offer you a tremendous opportunity to save your company money when it comes to preserving and extending the life of your systems furniture by simply LETTING US CLEAN WHAT YOU ALREADY OWN!

Our technicians can bring professional-quality cleaning equipment to your place of business and, with MINIMUM distraction to you, make your office systems furniture look next-to-new again.

Can cleaning my furniture really improve the health and quality of my office?

IDI, Inc. will come to your place of business to present a FREE demonstration of how our services will benefit your office. With that, you will have the freedom to choose the workstation we will clean. . . the dirtier, the better! Upon completion of the demonstration, you will be presented with a workstation that will look new. Additionally, you will have participated in the initial step to a HEALTHIER environment for your employees.

I feel like our space is cramped. Can you help us?

IDI, Inc. is your office reconfiguration specialist. Our team of creative design professionals is dedicated to providing a wide range of services tailored to make your office operate more efficiently and productively.

Your credentials include IICRC certifications. What does that mean?

IICRC stands for Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. Their mission is to "be the leading, independent, non-profit, certification and International Standard setting body within the cleaning, inspection, and restoration industry; to set and promote high ethical standards, and to advance communication, collaboration and technical proficiency. Further, the Institute acts as a central conduit in the exchange of information between all segments of the cleaning, inspection and restoration industries. The Institute cooperates with all segments of these industries, in whatever prudent, legal, ethical, and financial means reasonable, in order to enhance product quality, value and service to the consumer."

Certification is three-fold. A class based on Industry standards for a category, such as Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning or Water Damage Restoration must be successfully completed. A passing grade on a standardized exam must be earned. Finally, Continuing Education Credits must be attained to maintain certification.

The bottom line is that when a consumer hires an IICRC certified technician or firm, they have hired experts who will ensure that work will be performed and completed according to the Industry's highest standards.
